ADS rendering error

I got this error when i uploaded customize to the site.

Hi Thanarat,

This normally occurs when you've edited the form template.

Firstly re-upload the template and republish - sometimes this will fix it.

If that doesn't work then you might need to open the template in Adobe Livecycle and try to find the error and correct it (preview might help you )

I have no idea because this is my first time to get this error.

I can preview on adobe livecycle but on ByD i can't

Hi Thanarat,

One can usually see this error based on date/decimal formatting eg DDMMYYYY to MM.DD.YYYY. If you are aware if any format has been changed, you'll probably know right away which field is possibly causing the issue. If not, you could follow an elimination process by changing the non-text fields as text fields and then render the form. Hope this helps.
