How to create a link in standard screen

Hi All,

I am very new to C4C, so need some basic help in creating a hyperlink. I am trying to create a link on screen CTI_Shelf_QAF.QA.xuicomponent to call a dynamic external link. Link is dynamic as I want to send the ticket number as a parameter in the link. I tried embedded component, does not work. Can someone please help me design this.
