BW Transport is Failing

A Transport Request (DB0K9......) in BW system is failing in DEV with an error message "Infoprovider ZCMPAT001 is locked by user DDIC". Checked SM12 locks in DEV and QAS, could not find anything. Also how can I stop the import of this TR - DB0K9.....

Need some urgent help!

    Did you try this?

    SE03 --> select unlock object/request --> select your object and unlock it.

    Thank you for the inputs, but they are not working for me now.
    Have attached a detailed screenshot of the transport log.

    DDIC is not locked and the job is failing every 5 min.

    We need to stop the job being imported every 5 min.

    Can you guys suggest how do I stop it?

    When we synced the buffers, the locks appeared in SM12. Once deleted the transport was successful. How do we know/check the buffer refresh is defaulting.

      Hi Irfan,

      One of the way of achieving this is

      Execute STMS and click on the TRUCK button, in the next screen select the Import Queue for a SAP system.

      Then select option “Extra” --> Update All Import Queues.

      Select option -> At start time -> Enter the frequency. Done

      After that, you can check if the SAP job“TMS_0000NNTMS_TP_REFRESH_**” is scheduled for refreshing the import queue.
