Hi Gurus,

I am trying to do archiving and deleting orders through background program CO78, No Purchase related things for my production order and I have done REL MSPT PRT CNF DLV PRC GMPS MANC*. I can also able to do manual deletion and so by that i got status like this - REL  MSPT PRT  CNF  DLV  PRC  DLFL GMPS* . But while i am trying through CO78. No status updating till now. I have analysed the threads like, https://scn.sap.com/thread/3687286

I am not doing in test mode and residence time removed in OPJH.

Please help me.. I am sitting with this issue for more than 2 days. Kindly guide me to do any other necessary steps.

Hello

Make sure that the field "Delivery Date Overrun" is empty, otherwise, system does not pick up orders with a delivery date within this interval.

Also, set the option "complete" on the field "detail log", so that you are informed of any possible error.

Hi Caetano Almeida,

Thank you for your prompt response. The above screen shot is my variant settings for production order. I am not maintaining any DDO days and also i am not maintaining any residence time in OPJH. But still the status of the order - No DLFL indication.

Kindly Revert back for any queries...

Thanks,

Hi,

There is no error info in Job log.

Is there any other log in std SAP, we need to check?

Yes, there is a detailed log of the execution.

On the job overview, double click on the icon displayed on column "spool list" and then you will see the log with the details of the job execution.

Hello

This issue is very weird and here are some suggestions for you:

1 - Make sure that note 1724458 is implemented;

2 - If this an assembly order, the deletion flag cannot be set by this program.

3 - Try again setting only the deletion flag.

If still the order is not selected, you can run directly the report PPARCHP1 directly on SE38 and set a break point on the following line:

PERFORM orders_select USING con_ordertype_porder.

In this form the orders will be selected and here you will find why they are not selected.

Hi,

Is that note 1724458 is mandatory..? That note is not implemented.

Apart from that any other method to do archive and deletion of production order manually..?

Dinesh

Hello

This note corrects a program error where orders are not selected on CO78. I strongly recommend the implementation of this note.

You can try to set the deletion indicator manually on transaction CO02.

Hi,

Thanks for your info. I got your point . Yes, I have done DLFL. I need to archive the order. Is there any manual way without background programming by SE38, CO78/SARA.

Regards,

Dinesh R
