delete an environment

Hi BPC Friends

I would like to restore an environment in BPC Quality so I have before to delete the environment due to the same ID.

The problem is the following;

In BPC Quality I have only one environment (I don't have the environment shell as in Development) so BPC doesn't allow me to delete my environment.

What should I do?
