HOW CAN I SUBSCRIBE FROM NIGERIA?

Hi All,

I am trying to deploy the S/4 HANA on-premise edition 1511 fully activated. I am an SAP Partner from Nigeria. But I encounter the notice in the attached file screenshot even for the base offer subscription of the SAP Cloud Appliance Library.

It is urgent that we get hands-on knowledge of the S/4 HANA system as there are projects underway. Thank you.
