Hi ,
I would need some help regarding the option to schedule maintenance Plan using option Consider Ticket Resolved Date in Ticket Template. Does it mean that once the ticket has been scheduled , the next one will be based on resolution date, and just not creation date
I tried it couple of times but the system always considers the creation date for next set of ticket creation . One more thing , I seem to not find an option to close Work Tickets in SAP C4C ? How is it supposed to happen. ?
