Dear Gurus,
My SAP B1 version is 9.1 PL09 32-bit, and the version of Intercompany Add-on 2.0.16.0
The Intercompany Addon works fine until this morning i found out that when i make new transactions, they are stuck in "Processing" Status (as picture below)
I also check Eventsender, Intercompany Landscape and everything working well, i just dont know why this happend.
Please give me a advice for this urgent situation.
Thank in advance.

Hi Sy,
You can check the IPO step status. No IPO step should be deactivated.
If issue still persists then please raise a support incident with SAP GSC.

Hi Yash,
Now i have checked all basic configuration, and found out that i forgot setup anything in Administrator/ Setup/Intercompany/ Bi1 Server Details. So what is the purpose of setting up information here, because i notice that the Intercompany addon still working without it?
Thank you for your help.

Good Morning Yash,
Today i got trouble with IPO Step. I found that this IPO step was Deactivated suddenly with the message:(please find the picture below).
" com.sap.b1i.xcellerator.XcelleratorException: XCE001 Nested exception: com.sap.b1i.bizprocessor.BizProcException: BPE001 Nested exception: com.sap.b1i.utilities.UtilException: UTE001 Nested exception: com.sap.engine.lib.xml.util.NestedException: -> com.sap.engine.lib.xml.util.NestedException: Exception while sending warning. in 'document' - function -> javax.xml.transform.TransformerException: java.io.IOException"
But it not like previous situation, i reactive this Step, but when i make another transaction in SAP, this Step was Deactivated again.
I also got this message when check the status of event sent: No scenarios step (vBIU) assigned for step..
Thank for your help!
