They can also come from cache, he should try to click refresh and check again.

But it seems more likely that database server is not running.

Try with the re-installation of server tools.

      Hello Kennedy,

Do one thing, go to the server, open service manager, click on settings for License manager, click on Configure secutiry, this will lead you to SLD, SLD will open in a browser, select the link from the browser and then copy and paste the link to client machine, if the link is accesssable in client machine then the machine will get connected and if not then, we need to diagnos more.

    Hi Kennedy,

    Please Try below steps:

    1) Sap Service Manager -> License Manager -> Settings -> Configure Security -> Logged in to System landscape director (by entering B1 site user password).

    2) Previously, I had configured server with its name but I remove it and configured it with the IP address of server.

    3) And then after refreshing, it showed all the DBs in companies section.

    4) After this, SAP started working on all clients machines too.

    Rgds,

    Hi,

Did you restart SQL Server (MSSQLSERVER) service?

    If not, just try.
