Value is not Flowing in KE30

Dear Experts,

       I have executed the sales employee wise copa report through KE30, here out of 110 sales employees

5  employees Gross sales values are not flowing. 

Even though  other value are  updating in the sales employee  (Like Discount)

I have checked in the kE24 report  the values are available there

I have checked the Record Type also, it is F and also  the period is same.

Anybody could you please help me on this

Hi Venkat,

Report is created with the help of characteristics in KE30,Please check the characteristics updated in the 5 sales employee documents may differ with other employees documents.

Identify the difference characteristics add it in report.

Dear Venkat,

The KE30 is the report painter execution. Please check your report in KE35 the columns and the rows if you have some logic to display the information or not.

I Hope This is not Report Logic error, because  105 employees datas are flowing without error in the same Report

Dear Venkat,

If you can see those data information in KE24 there is not reason you cannot see it in KE30.

Check your characteristics in KE35 for those reports, the column and the line, and check if there is any element definition which can make those employees not appearing the report, such as, department, group, etc...
