Hi Guys,
We are implementing Employee Service center in C4C, Now we need to migrate open service ticket of old system to C4C, can anyone please advise how can move the open tickets to C4C from external system? I cant see migration template available.
please advice.

Hi Nitin,
You can migrate tickets through the fine-tuning activity "Migration of Service Requests".
This activity should be available in activity list of your implementation project in business configuration.
