Smartform main window overflowing to the footer

Hi gurus,

I want the footer to be displayed on every page of the smartform but my problem is that when line items are a lot on the main window they overflow to the footer window and that messes up the footer. Is there a way of making the main window not overflow to the footer window?

Your assistance will be highly appreciated.

Can you try to use the option 'Only after end of main window '  .?

I duplicated a standard smartform: BBP_PO to ZBBP_PO. Let me try what you have suggested and give you feedback.

Are you using Table to print the line items ?

if yes did you tried with Page protection in Table ? { in Table -> tab Table -> Details ->  at your line type there is a column "NoPage Break"

It's not using a table to display the line items. I copied the BBP_PO to ZBBP_PO. Is there another way to do this if this if line items are not displayed on the table?

Could you please tell what are you using is it 'TEMPLATE" ?

If it is  template , than create a FOLDER and put your template inside the FOLDER.

In the "Output Option " tab of FOLDER  check the checkbox - PAGE PROTECTION.
