Bonded Warehouse items..

Hi Team,

This is with Reference to the Bonded Warehouse items.

In SAP B1 how can we show the stock in the system before doing the GRPO (QA Required ) actual items will be lying in the out side factory Bonded warehouse.

Hi,

The 'quantity in warehouse' feature is available in V9.2 and not in versions prior to that...... I don't fully understand your question, by my understanding if you want the stock to be available in the system before making the GRPO document, it is not possible...  If you want the stock to be entered only after QA then you have to make 3 different warehouses.....

1 QA warehouse.

2.RM warehouse.

3.Rejection warehouse.

make the QA warehouse as your default warehouse, then after the QA is done and material is OK then transfer it to RM Warehouse (or any other ware house as per your organisation's demand) using ware- house bonding. Secondly if the material is not OK as per your QA standards, transfer it to Rejection warehouse from where you can return the goods to the supplier.

Hi Shivakumar,

If I understand correctly, there is a form setting which shows you the available stock in the warehouse when entering a document.
