SAP ONE Support Launchpad: How to print Incidents?

Dear All,

Is there any way to print or download SAP Incidents as PDF files that have been created in the SAP ONE Support Launchpad?

I cannot find any print or download button at all and if you want to print a long incident with lots of history it's not possible to print. Even trying to use the browser's print function doesn't work.

Any ideas?

Thanks

Matthias

When processing new incidents, you can use the Batch Print feature to print a group of ... In the Incidents By Status section of your Incident homepage, ...Isuzu D-Max

HI All

I think for the time being there is no such functionality on the SAP Launchpad to take a PDF copy which is utterly disappointing but then again they are improving the systems a lot and hopefully this will be available in future.

BUT LUCKILY I DO HAVE A SOLUTION TO THIS FOR NOW

1. Select the content you want to take out on a PDF. i.e. Select the whole conversation along with the text where OSS number is written.

Do not Press Cntrl + A. Select by dragging your mouse over the content

2. Right Click on the selected text

3. Click Print

4. Save in a PDF Format.

5. Woooooh PDF will have the content you need.

I have tried this and have been successful every time

Hope this Helps!

Dear Matthias,

did you find a solution? I'm really interested in this functionality.

Printing the page via the browser seems to work for me, however I only tried it with incidents with little communication. I really think there should be a function for this, as the information is spread across different facets.

Best regards,

Ben

No, I have been creating a SAP incident and the answer is that it's currently not possible.

Dear All,

I'm really disappointed when I see the very few functionalities provided by the new Launchpad user interface.

It seems that this new version is not done really for doers...

Basic requirement as print / Export to PDF is not provided when it was possible in the old version, it's really a pity.

Interface is not intuitive and everybody here working with, waste much time to search how to do very basic things.

I would suggest to SAP to invite doers in the design phase of their next Launchpad user interface.
