Lead x Tasks - Lumira odata report

Hello All !

I am trying to build a report of accomplishment of Lead Tasks on Lumira. But I am not able to find the relationship between LeadCollection an TaskCollection. Any thoughts?

Hi Geronasso,

As you correctly pointed out, current C4C OData model doesn't capture the relationship between the Lead and the TaskCollection. Thus, you cannot build such a report using the standard C4C OData API.

However, such a relationship is being captured in C4C and you might be able to create a custom OData service to achieve your goal. Yet, this is rather complicated to explain in a forum post. Therefore, I suggest that we have a call where I can help you to do this.
