Hello Experts,
I have a problem with one opportunity on SAP C4C because appears as locked by one user. The user said that he lost WiFi connection then he tried to update this opportunity and message "Locking object not possible; object locked by user (user ID)" pops up
My question is if exists any way to recover or delete this opportunity?

The user log off then wait a couple of hours and the opportunity is now available again.

Hello Enrique,
Tell user to login using wrong password and then try to login using correct password. He might get the pop up about the already logged in session which he can close from there.

If you know the Technical id of the user then you can delete the lock from the corresponding Backend system. But this is a bit technical and you would need you IT to help.

Please wait for 2 hours.
If opportunity still remains in locked status, then raise an incident for SAP so that the lock can be deleted from backend.
