Hello All,

We are getting an error as "Untrusted Enterprise Developer"

I have searched the KBA's and didn't find much helpful. It seems everything is fine from Afaria end.

I found this article ios9 - iOS 9 enterprise app verify failed - Stack Overflow and seems to be issue with Apple.

Can anyone confirm is there any issue going on?

Regards,

VP

Make sure to deploy apps with MDM protocol to avoid the prompt

Hi V P

You can Trust the developer and enable the app to run in iOS Settings:

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad
  2. Select the General category
  3. Select the Profile option
    • starting with iOS 9.2 the option might be Device Management instead of Profile
  4. Tap on the Enterprise App option related to the app (the one mentioned on the popup)
  5. Tap the Trust "The Developer's Name" button
  6. A popup will appear, tap on Trust again

You should now be able to run the app, and any other Enterprise app from the same developer.

Try these steps and let us know the result.

Kind Regards,

Hello Sushmitha,

I already tried these steps.

iOS9 Untrusted Enterprise Developer with no option to trust - Stack Overflow

How we can permanently fix this issue. We cannot ask Thousands of users to perform these steps.

Is this related to Apple Certificate Verification?

V P,

Can you send me the screenshot of this enterprise application -> General tab for the reference.

Hey VP,

This is an issue with Apple I believe. Meanwhile, the only workaround is as suggested above..

Until Apple has a fix for it.

Cheers

Just a Note: Earlier under Settings > General > Profiles > there were config payload and Enterprise App tab.

Now i can see only Config payload Tab, Enterprise App tab missing.

So we are unable to follow the above mentioned steps by Sushmitha.

Check in the Device Management tab as well for Enterprise apps. Are you on iOS 9.2.x version?
