Error while releasing the Planning proposal.

Hello all,

When I am trying to create a Planning proposal from Supply planning WoC for a product (In house Manufactured) I am getting an error saying No REM exists for the given date, Please check the Available date. When I change the date then the system is creating the Production proposal.

I am getting this error even though I have a released Production model and all the prerequisites to produce the material..

Am I missing anything?

Please help.

    Hi Vijay,

normally you should not get the error when creating the planning proposal, because it only needs the release planning production model (RPPM) and not the released execution production model (REPM). However can you please check the validity of the released planning model. You can get there from the production model UI.

Only when the production proposal is released you need a REPM.
If everything is set up correctly and you still face the issue you should create an incident.

    Best regards,

    Stefan

    Dear Vijay,

The issue is definitely regarding with the dates.

Check the dates of BOM, BOO, Production Model, Planning date.

Maybe as per the time calculations of manufacturing the desired quantity is beyond the released Production Model date.

    Check and revert.

    Thanks & Regards,
