Approval levels in WCM

Hi all,

I configured wcm. My client requirement is that the Permit issuer and the work approval approver should be same.

Note there are different permit issuers for different permits.

For example - Cold work permit - Issuer is Operations head

                     Hot work permit -  Issuer is Plant head

                     Confined space - GM operations.. son on

for work approval we have assigned operations as issuer.

The scenario is if we create hot work permit, the permit issuer is Plant head and work approval issuer is operations.

Now user is asking that the final isser of the hot work pemit should be the Work approval issuer.

Is it possible, if yes please guide how to proceed.

Hi ,

Are you working on Enhanced Model of WCM. As per my analysis

1. Work Approval.

2. Hot work Permit.

We can maintain the multiple approval to the supplementary permits(Hot Work Permit), in the same way maintain the approval to the Work Approval.

Person who is the final approval of the Supplementary permit need to be approved to Work Approval too.
