Request w/o infopackage (APO Request)

Dear Gurus,

I have a cube which is loading twice daily and its is a  real time cube.( Data Volume Management).

when I checked in manage it shows   DTP/Info package as Request w/o info package (APO Request) and we can't find any data source name etc. Request starts with APO_* and its a full load.

I 'm new to this sort of requests starts with APO_*.

Can some one please explain me how the data getting loaded into this cube? when I tried to click on data monitor it says no monitor found.

will there be any batch jobs running to get this cube loaded? where can we find the jobs in sm37? I checked with the time request time in SM37 but somehow I'm not able to find??

will there be any table to check the jobs??

How can we find the details for this Request w/o info package (APO Request).

Hello,

Maybe you should look at Integrated Planning features. If its a real time cube, it is possible that input ready queries are on top of the cube (with an aggregation level between cube and query).

Main transaction for it is RSPLAN.

All requests generated through Integrated Planning start with APO* and are not linked to any datasource.

Hi Christian,

there were nearly 200 standard queries on the cube 0SM_SIZES. How could we know which query there are using?? and I also checked few queries and there are not input ready enabled.

Do you have any idea about SOLMAN_WORKCENTER??

Actually the system which i'm checking is a solman system and in this under the t code RSA1 there is a Info area ( data volume management) and under it the cube is 0SM_SIZES. After doing some google search it says that there will be some settings in the tcode SOLMAN_WORKCENTER and we need to set it.

any idea??

Hi,

To load data to cube , we have ABAP report 'CUBE_SAMPLE_CREATE'. In this we can specify Number of records to be generated for Infocube.

I we use this Report to load data then request is of APO type.

The thing is I need to do R&D for the request in the manage tab.

Like how is it getting loaded?? what is the source??

what are the back ground jobs?? etc..

When I checked in the manage tab I didn't find anything related to this and i also checked the data flow when it show nothing like where its getting loaded etc..

Is there a way to dig in to this requests??

Hi Venkatesh,

Data is getting loaded to Info cube through ABAP report 'CUBE_SAMPLE_CREATE'.

there is no any source for this info cube as such.
