SAP Solution Manager 7.2 Launchpad Incident creation


Now, I am doing a SAP Solution Manager 7.2 ITSM function validation.

I have questions regarding workcenter launchpad incident creation.

After I created an incident in solman workcenter Launchpad, I was going to add the additional comments as below.

However, It doesn't wokr well. The comment was not upadated in conversation.

How to solve this issue?

    Hi Eunhwa,

    can you please press F12 in your Browser and send a Screenshot from the error.

    Also please Check authorization in the Frontend and Backend.

    Is your user assigned to a BP?

      Hi, Eunhwa,

      yes a Screenshot in the Browser when you try to add a commet (F12).

      Take a look Gateway Errorprotocoll in Frontend and Backend transaction /IWFND/ERROR_LOG

      Is it possible that the incident processor are editing the incident? Because when he is in edit mode you can't add a comment or attach a attachment. The Ticket is locked.
