Upgrade SAP ERP 6 SR3 to EHP 2 without Solman

Hi All,

We are trying to recreate a dev sap system in a completely separate as in cloud environment for testing purposes and have been told we need to create the same system as our dev environment, that being ERP 6 EHP2 SPS17.

But how do we upgrade an ERP 6 SR3 vanilla installation to EHP2 without the use of Solution Manager, don't we need to generate a stack xml file for use with SUM?

Is there a way around it like the SAP SP Stack Download application for Netweaver (https://websmp201.sap-ag.de/~sapidb/011000358700005500312005E) ?

Never mind, I managed to use SAINT to do the update.

Had to download all the required packages manually however.
