Approval on grpo or AP invoice if price get change from purchase order?

For Ex: I am taking 10$ item Price in Purchase Order and user want to add GRPO with other price which is more or less then  purchase order  price then  need approval. Price is allow if it deviates by >=5%.

Hi,

Please note approval procedure will work on header level not at row level.

Alternatively you can try with transaction notification.

Will it work if we add user field in the header (which will track  the maximum ammount of deviation from rows for example via FMS)?
