Integration between SAP Premise and SuccessFactor

Dear Experts;

I need to know how should I configure TM and PY in SAP premise while the employee groupings are done within the SF.

Another thing, the employees will be hired on the SF, so how will I assign them their work schedules and payroll data.

Actually I still can't get the concept as the master data will be recorded in an interface that differs than ours, so how will I integrate the 2 systems with each other, or will there be a screen or an infotype that will read the SAP Premise infotypes?

Really I can't get the concept so kindly help me.

you ll be do mapping in ECC with SFSF field with infotypes also you ll be using middleware,  Please read the guides here in and the blog to get the architecture
