Context area is empty after account is confirmed from account identification

Hi all,

I am working with the CRM WEB UI Interaction Center agent

I search a contact and when I "confirm" the account that I found, the contact don´t appear on the context area. Below I show an screenshot

Why?

I am working with a Z business role but same happens with the IC-AGENT.

Hi,

Please firstly set user parameter WCF_IGNORE_ENHANCEMT to A in t-code SU3, and check if the user still has the problem.

If the account information still not appear in context area after setting this user parameter, please :

1. What's your IE version where the issue happens? How about other IE versions?

2. Will the account information never appear in the context area whenever how many times you confirm the account?

3. What's your system version for component BBPCRM, SAP_BASIS and SAP_ABA? (You can get them from SAPGUI, menu 'system'->status, 'SAP System data'->'Component' icon)

4. What's the BPIDENT profile(account identification profile) assigned to the IC_AGENT business role? Would you please provide the screenshot of its overview page. Especially the 'Context Area' part.

5. What's the CONTEXTAREA profile assigned to the business role IC_AGENT?

6. Is it possible to provide a HTTPWATCH trace?

-- You can install HTTP watch tool from www.httpwatch.com into IE - a free version is sufficient.
-- Please take the trace with IC_AGENT business role.
-- Please save the httpwatch trace into file with .hwl extension file name.

1831467 - Confirmed business partner(s) not published in the context area when editing a business transaction in CRM Interaction Center using single account identification profile.
