How add class 200 with dependency to many BOM.

Hi All

I need do add class 200 with dependency (selection conditions) to many Boms . I know that I can run mass change by using CS20 but there is no possible to add class with dependency.

Any idea how to do this ? Maybe LSMW but what project should I use ?

Hi Sylwia,

Maybe, and mainly dependening on how many BoM's you need to update, the Engineering Workbench could help, that is, transaction CEWB with focus on BoM Item (SAP_ITEM). Here you can add class 200 item with object dependencies.

Alternatively, a custom program can be written, based on the SAP OSS Note 488765: Do-it-yourself EWB programming.

I understand that you like to add the class 200 as class type in the BOM and add global dependencies for the selection of materials.

The below are the options available:

1. You need to take the support from the ABAPEr to create  a BDC>

2. first create a BOM and then in the change mode with recording LSMW attach the dependencies.
