    Mohamed,

To change source for you CMS the option is provided within SIA, see below:

    • Create NEW ODBC to CMS of ALL BOBJ Server
    • STOP SIA on 2nd BOBJ Server
    • STOP SIA on 1st BOBJ Server and follow steps below
      • Go to Config TAB
      • Select COPY
      • Select ODBC for ORIGINAL CMS
      • Select ODBC for NEW CMS
      • Click OK
    • Confirm CMS working from 1st Server only

    Change Audit DB, as follows:

    • Create NEW ODBC Source for Audit on ALL BOBJ Servers
    • STOP SIA on 1st, change datasource for Audit to NEW ODBC
    • START SIA. 2nd Server SIA Still STOPPED
    • Confirm BLANK Audit Tables have been created
    • STOP the SIA, 2nd Server SIA still STOPPED
    • Use standard Database copy tool to copy content from original Audit to NEW Audit tables
    • Once all copied, you are ready to now start using the NEW CMS & NEW Audit DB

Confirm all works from 1st server by starting the SIA.

Now on 2nd BOBJ Server, you are going change CMS datasource

For Audit you also update to NEW Audit db.

    All done

    Regards,

    Ajay
