Hi All

I wanted to understand more about this setting we have in the config panel for a push scenario - Enable Fetch Callback.

This is what my understanding is:

We can run Push in two ways:

  1. Polling - We are trying to use this option. When a push relevant change happens - It creates a entry in /syclo/psh01 table. Push processing runs and it creates entries in /syclo/psh02 table. If Enable Fetch Callback is False - Will it create entries in Data cache tables too like /syclo/stg00? (This is not happening) So when polling happens - it picks this data and pushes to the user. Is my understanding right? And how will it behave if Enable Fetch Callback is set to True.
  2. Trigger - We are not using this. The only difference which I understand in this case than the 'Polling' is this is trigger based and not time based. Everything else should remain the same right?

Regards

Ankur
