Payment terms not translated in French on Sales Quote

Hello,

The field Payment terms on the  web UI of Sales Quote is in English but when preview is generated, the field "Payment terms" should print in French but it displays English value. Although it selects the correct French template but this value is not getting translated.

Here is the screenshot from print preview which shows payment terms in English which is wrong. System is selecting correct template but only this field has issue in translation. We use Adobe live cycle designer for designing the quote forms.

Please let me know how we can handle the translation in SAP Cloud for Customer.

Hi Prateek,

Please use Language Adaptation feature. You will find it in Administration work center.

Also check 1605 Admin Guide page 624 (Translating and Adapting UI texts).

Hi Suman,

As far as I know, Language adaptation is for the C4C UI. Here the requirement is to translate the text in french on Sales quote preview. The preview shows the quote which is built on Adobe LC. In Adobe LC, we just bind the fields with the back-end values but I'm not sure how the translation part is being handled here.
