Hi All,
I am fairly new to the SDK in C4C context.
I am trying to resuse the standard fields available in Service BO (Service Category and Cause Category) in Live Avtivity.
My Issues are:
1. I can create new fields in Activity extended business object but not able to use OVS help associated with Cause/Service Category - How to overcome the issue. I need to get the values selected/changed in one screen in another place.
2. Can I refer / reuse these fields in another place.
Please Guide.
