Tic Box

I need to provide a tic box for the users to use. They are getting from me a list of patients for the day and those who need a taxi ride home, they would tic on the sheet if they have arranged a taxi ride for the particular patient.

How to make such a tic box?

Hi Paul,

Just insert a 'box' object and adjust it's size and placement.

The option is available on the toolbar or even under Insert > Box.
