Auto email notification for Role Expiration at user level

Hello Experts,

I read few old posts related to auto email notification using GRC AC for role expiration at user level but could not find if this is still not possible since GRC technology evolved in recent years.

Our requirement is to send auto email notification to the users like one month before role expiration in backend system using GRC AC. I know Role affirmation is another topic but it doesn't check backend sap system for roles.

We are on GRC AC 10 SPS 13

Components:

EAM, ARA and EAM ARQ.

Please advise ?

there is no such functionality available. It is maybe worth to raise an idea on the Idea Place: https://ideas.sap.com/SAPAccessControl

Otherwise I suggest to create a custom report that sends the email. I assume that a developer needs 4 hours to code. If you need help let us know.

thanks Alessandro. I posted the idea. Also, we have started developing a custom report in ECC itself.

Is this something possible using Process controls ?

Since this is not possible via Access controls...

Can anyone please advise if we can leverage GRC Process Controls and build a data source/business rules for role expiration notification before role expires for the users ? If yes, please help how to achieve the solution ?

I know simple custom report can be developed by using tables AGR_USERS and set to send notification to the users like 30 days before role expires.
