Authorization for CIN details in XK02

Hi experts,

Please guide me in resolving my issue. I have a requirement to give authorization to user xxxxx to get CIN details in XK02. In OMT3E i tried to give Name and SRef: user  It is giving the following error in User screen reference tab. Even in the table USR02 it is not maintained.

Entry xxxx does not exist in USR02 (check entry).

Diagnosis

     Input values must be defined in Table USR02. The value or values

     'XXXXXX ' are not specified in this table.

Procedure

     Check whether the input is correct and correct if necessary.

Procedure for System Administration

     If this is not an incorrect entry, check the system settings and change

     them if necessary.

If there is a connection to the Customizing system, you can maintain the

system settings by choosing Customizing in the Performance Assistant or

Maintain Entries (F5) when displaying the help in a modal dialog box.

I searched in SCN i didnt get proper solution. Please suggest is there any other Tcode to assign the user in addition to OMT3E to get updated in USR02 table.

Hi Sandeep,

First you have to create a user name in SU01. Then only you can maintain settings for the user in OMT3E.
