Problem during load of Application page

Hello SAPGurus,

i'm encountering problems with my Quality JAVA system 7.1.

When i go through "NetWeaver Administrator -> Operations -> Systems -> Start & Stop" i receave a blank page.

I can see anyway the applications running with Telnet procedure, but users are encountering problems.

in the default trace i have a lot of this error:

There are not evident problems in trace files in work directory.

Hi to all,

we arrived to the conclusion that the problem of the blank page and the error "The action instance is already completed or terminated", are not  connected between them.

The problem for the blank page occurred in quality system after an export-import.

After deleting instances of source systems from the Config Tool, the page started working again.

But we realized that the errors also occurs in the production system:

The action instance is already completed or terminated

Does anyone know what they refer these kinds of errors?

check out admin roles is assigned for this user are not,thats y its showing blank page

Is this issue started after upgrade or any change?

Have you tried to restrt the j2ee engine and check the status?
