Issue related to BIA index

Hi All,

We are facing an issue wherein if the BIA index of a reporting cube is built the data for a particular evaluation date in not visible on report in portal. Whereas we can view the expected data in RSRT by switching off the BIA and Cache.

We tried doing the below :

1. Deleting Query cache using RSRCACHE on all application servers.

2. Switching off the BIA for that particular query using program "ZRBI_QUERY_BIA_SWITCH" , but still it did not work.

3. We tried doing RSRV checks of BI Accelarator consistency checks for master and transactional data,nothing substantial was found.

Kindly suggest if anyone has faced similar issue and steps to resolve it.
