KOB1 Report

Hi Folks,

I am running KOB1 report for orders for cost elements 272XX and 277XX, however in report output I am not getting cost center information as it is on accounting doc.

Accounting doc:

50  GL & CE 16XXX  - Cost Ctr 701

40  GL & CE 272XX  - Cost Ctr 703

40  GL & CE 277XX  - Cost Ctr 704

KOB1:

Cost Element          Cost Ctr

272XX                  Cost Ctr 703

277XX                  Cost Ctr 703

KOB1 should report cost center 704 for Cost element 277XX instead of cost center 703.

Can you please guide, what could be the issue?

Dear Chandigarh,

This is the program logic of KOB1 report, KSB1 report as well.

Technically, include LKAEPFRS (Form GET_OBJECT) and LKAEPFLI (Form GET_OBJID), are responsible to do that.

The limitation of SAP system are on these includes where the object ORD (Order) is filled in the Master Data table, and the other include get just the Order in that.

Do you mean that it is SAP standard behavior?

Is there way to fix it, may be we copy from KOB1 to Z in report painter..?

Hello,

Yes it´s the SAP default for this report. I also checked if some OSS note has been release to make this functionality able, but don´t.

You can do a Z report CO or create a query using COVP table.

Cross check weather you are referring the same documnet in FI in KOB1, Ideally It should be same.

Hi,

For cost center details, please run KSB1 report instead of KOB1, it will give actual line items order wise but you will get actual line items cost center wise by KSB1.

We wish to report @ Internal order... reports KOB1 /S_ALR_87013019 showing same results.
