Hello Fabiano,

The IP mentioned in the channel corresponds to the FTP of the Windows?

And you need to have a file server to place and pick the files. The same details should be maintained in FTP channel.

Check the below link

Hi Raghuraman,

Yes, the IP corresponds to the FTP.

I don´t know why the PI can´t see this folder.

Thanks.

Hi Fabiano,

Check with your basis team first. Let them connect the ftp server using putty or winscp from PI server using the credential you are using and check in which folder its directing.

If its in another folder rather than the dummy folder you are using then its need to correct accordingly and if its directing in dummy folder then try with "/dummy/" once.

Thanks,

Apu

Hi Fabiano!

First check connection to your FTP server by using any FTP client application or Windows Explorer. If you can't connect to server or have no access to folder you've created before, you must check FTP server settings.

Hi Fabiano,

Even if the directory exits in the system it must be shared with the FTP server, even this FTP server can map the path to another to be visible differently from outside this system.

Have you tried to set the full path D:\Apps\EDI\NFE_EDI\dummy?

Have you checked the read permissions of that folder?

Regards.
