SAP Solman 7.1 Update from SPS04 to SPS14 with SUM [Determine JDB Driver Location]

Hi,

I'm Updating the dual-stuck  Solman 7.1 via SUM and I've faced to this problem.

Any suggestions how to fix this?

Hi Arman,

As per attached screenshot details it seems you have installed SAPJVM 8 which is not compatible for releases lower than SAP Netweaver 750.

Please use SAPJVM6 for your Solution Manager and then start SUM from the beginning.

It says Stop the SUM and start the procedure with JVM6.

I know how to start sum with JVM6 [SUMSTART.BAT confighostagent jvm6] but I don't know how to stop the SUM.

Do you know how to do that?

I can't find any SAPup in task manager.

Hi Arman,

Please find below process for windows. If you are unable to find SAPup process then it means your SUM tool/process is already stopped.
