E-Rec- Unregistered job search - "Internal Error" and There is no index category for the document area 'hr kw'

Hi All,

When I'm doing the unregistered job search through SICF getting error "Internal Error".

I have gone through all the relevant threads but issue not resolved. While searching in threads I got that my KPRO-TREX Indexing is not happening, is this the reason behind this error. Because I'm getting error "There is no index category for the document area 'hr kw'" in SLG1.

Please guide how to resolve it.

Hi Nicole,

I'm attaching screenshot of report "RCF_CHECK_SEARCH_SETTINGS". Can you tell me everything is fine here or not, I think under KPro --> Basic settings some more rows should come. How can we brought those missing things.

Also, I'm not getting any HR_DOC for indexing in T-code SKPR07.

Please guide me.
