Delivery Split

Hi,Gurus,

I could use your expertise in figuring out the reason why the system does a delivery split:

Ex-Sales order:

Material A-4 cs

Material B-3 cs

When creating the delivery, the system shows the quantities as below:

Material A-4 cs

Material B-0,33 cs

The stock is more than enough for material B,but still the system does not consider it for some reasin and allocates just 0,33 cs out of the available stock(100cs)

Really appreciate your help.

Almost certainly it is an avilability problem. You should check the log of the delivery for more information - does it something like only .333 of material available?  If so, then you do not have enough available stock in CO09, checking rule "B" for deliveries. See note 89352 & KBA 1513607 for details on how to check CO09.

Hi Raul,

May be material B-0 available quantity is 0.33, Even the quantity showing 100cs in MMBE overview. but may  be that quantity reserved for some other sale orders.  Please check V_RA transaction and enter your material number and plant code. then check stock assigned to the sale orders.

Hi ,

Check stock in delivery for that particular Material / Batch.

Re-check whether the Batch Split has been set in V/C1.

Hi Raul,

What is the quantity confirmed in your sales order. Are you considering open sales requirements in availability check?  If so you can check open orders and open deliveries for that particular material.
