Modify Ticket based of Email bevore safe

Hello Experts,

is there a way to modify a ticket which is created by writing an Email to the SAP C4C channel cod.b2b.servicerequest?

I already extended the ServiceRequest bo and enhanced multiple BevoreSave events but the Debugger doesn't get triggered by emailing the system.

Could you provide some solutions or hints?

Hello Johannes,

A B2B service runs in the background. Therefore you have no chance to hit a breakpoint as there is no UI available.

I would assume that the BeforeSave at the ServiceRequest BO would do the job.
