Hi All,
I understand that there can be difference in Production Order dates between APO and in ECC[Note# 0000684356].
However, our Planning Strategy profile# SAPINTR3 for R/3 and APO integration[/SAPAPO/CDPSC1] allows to perform Backward Scheduling. So I would expect that based on the END date of the Production Order from ECC, APO will perform the scheduling and then perhaps will determine a new Order start date.
But in our case, the end date and the start date both are different in APO and in ECC.
If it is normal that the both the dates can be different then on what basis APO does the Backward scheduling.
Regards,
Avinash
Please do a search on this topic as there are a multitude of reasons why the dates do not match.
GR is one such factor.
