Hi,
We would like to implement C4C for an IT service company.
I am new to C4C, I have checked other post, but nothing relates to process for IT service company.
Instead of Salesforce, client want to implement SAP C4C as a standalone software.
Here the product is not material, it's the Consultant/Engineer.
Each day the product will differ based on the customer reuqirement.
Can the Enquiry/Quote and other sales process can be created directly in C4C.
Please help.

in general this is wrong forum for this question - would be better to place it in Cloud for Customer forum.
but coming to you questions - this is possible. The product will be Service. So you would create services and use it on sales or service documents. This is nothing unusual.
The question about the process is to wide - but presales, sales and service capabilities of C4C can be analyzed, and your Customer's business process. Depends what from this scope is in area of Customer's interest.
You can check in C4C sales activities, leads, opportunities, quotes, service contracts, tickets.
