If this question has already been asked previously my apologies.

In our organisation we have our Analysis Workbooks stored on the BO Platform.

I am looking to set up a statistics report which shows management statistics such as Workbook usage, Workbook last used, Users accessing a specific Workbook.

This would be no problem if still on Bex but because we are storing our workbooks on the BO platform has anyone got any advice on how I can set this reporting up?

Hello Robbert

Here you can find the sample auditing universe and reports.

If you store your workbooks by publishing them to the BI Launchpad from excel, you will be able to pick up all activity (refresh, modify, view, users, etc.) from these reports
