0FI_AP_4 extract parked document

Hi Everyone,

datasource 0FI_AP_4 doesn't return parked document. but i want to extract parked document from this Datasource.

in SCN there is 1 discussion about it but there isn't Answear.

Could you please help me how can i extract parked item for this Datasource?

Hi,

Above data source won't pull parked documents.

if you need parked documents then please create generic data source at dev system  thru RSO2 based on tables VBSEGD & VBSEGK and check it.

Mean while please check FI_GL_40.

Thanks Raman,

Supposed i load the parked Items to Cube C1 successfully

and in the Cube C2 i have normal Items

my question is when  we combine these Cubes C1 and Cube C2 into a multiprovider, how can we identify which item is normal item and which item is parked item?

Hi Pha,

There is a field  BSTAT doc status (ECC) which can differentiate.

if that filed/info object is part of your data source/cubes then its easy to differentiate them at report level.

BSTAT - V(parked doc)

BSTAT -  ' ' (Blank - Normal doc)

BSTAT - A (Clearing doc)

BSTAT - S (Noted items)
