Hi Experts,

We have added the Adobe forms as links in portal under Benefits and Payments. All users are able to open in production except one user. When he accessing the link it showing blank page.

He is able to open old forms but we have added few forms recently which are showing blank page to him.

We have checked the permissions from portal end. Could you please suggest to resolve this issue.

Your response will be appreciated.

Regards,

Vamshi Krishna

Dear Vamshi,

Hope you are doing good.

This is strange indeed. Some points to check:

1)

because the ADS means connection from portal to backend, is the user using VPN , proxy etc> can you do a niping test to ascertain that there are no network related issues:

#124562     Hostname resolution problems (DNS timeouts)

#500235     Network Diagnosis with NIPING

#413330     Network timeout

2)

maybe just delete the user and recreate it as a copy of a working user.

Please check these points.

Hope this helps.

Hi Hemanth,

Thanks for your response.

It seems that the problem not with ADS, host name resolution, network etc..

Because we are able to open some claim forms. problem with declaration forms which we have added recently.

Please suggest to move further.

vamshi Krishna.

Dear Vamshi,

Hope you are doing good.

Did you delete and then create the user again as a copy of a working user? Did that work?

Also the first point that I mentioned relates to the workstation that the user is using (not ADS )

Hope this helps.

Hi Hemanth,

It is not ADS related issue as he is able to open some forms.

It is not recommended to delete and then create the user again as a copy of a working user as it is PRD portal.

Issue resolved by myself. Thanks for your response.

Regards,

Vamshi Krishna.
