Good day all

I would like to see which user printed a specific invoice. Is there a place this in or a query that I can write to determine this ?

Thank you

Nevashan

How are you planning to use the information? Is it something you want to see occasionally, or print on the invoice, or create a report for?

Hi Julie

Occasionally. A log of which user printed a specific document.

Thank you

The only place this might be stored would be the change log (ADOC), which would show you only the first user to print (the updating user where print status changed from N to Y).

Nagarajan means you can print the user code on the document at the time of print in PLD using the [$USER] code in the PLD which brings the current logged on usersign

Hi,

If you use system layout, it will be printed with user who logged into the system.

Thanks
