Regarding error stack dtp

Hi

I am having one master data info object initially it was full load and after it is delta load  and i came to notice that load is failing with this error

Record filtered in advance as error records with the same key exist   RSM2  722

My dtp settings are Delta mode,Handle duplicate record key check box

initially at full load only the load got successfull remaining all deltas in my master data  attribute i can see only transferred records and there were no added records so please can anyone suggest me the solution regarding this what are the necessary steps to be taken to rectify this issue i cannot edit the error stack now because it is having so many requests so please suggest me the solution.

Hi Still,

Please check at the DTP the option that allows handling duplicate keys. This option is only available when you load master data. So surely the error is there that the checkbox is not ticket.

Hi,

what is the master data that you are referring here? because not all master data are delta supported, though you create a delta DTP, you might eventually be running Full master data daily.

Even in that case enabling "handle duplicate records' should solve the issue! did you enable the semantic groups ?

Hi Still,

Check your settings on the DTP so that the load is made request by request. Changes to the same record in different requests consolidated into one request may be triggering the error.

From which source system are you getting data for this load ?

Is the infopackage a full load or delta load ?

Do you see any new records/changed records from source system which are not getting updated into the Master data ?

If you have a "Full load" Infopackage and a "Delta" DTP, you are bound to have duplicates when you load the DTP and those duplicate records will get stored in error stack.
