Can anyone please provide some knowledge on Dynamic Navigation. I need to navigate from my custom search page to a standard detail page of employee.

For your requirement to navigate form search result page, there are many standard SAP CRM components with similar feature.

Example:

Component - BP_HEAD_SEARCH
