We all know that when a Facebook(fb) user send a message in company fb page, C4C will create individual customers (after scoping to have direct message). We also know that how much information is created in the customer information can be limited customer privacy settings (as mentioned in user guide page 267)
I'll like to see how much information is feed into C4C. Despite setting email address as public in FB, I'm still not able to bring in the email address into C4C. Is there a setting that I miss out in C4C why my email address are not automatically added in individual customer header?
How can I make social media customers link available in administrator WC -> service and social view -> social media?
As mentioned in admin guide page 299 v(1605) to verify migrated data, go to Administrator->service and social settings-> under social media -> click social media customers.
Please guide me how I can make the social media customers link available.
